Race Info

The Brookings Marathon has run annually since 1970, making it one of the oldest continuously held marathons in the United States. The Boston-qualifying course is flat with gentle rolling terrain, passing through Brookings' historic neighborhoods, parks including Dakota Nature Park, bike paths, and the South Dakota State University campus.
