A light NW wind at 10 mph will provide a headwind from miles 3-4 and crosswinds through other sections, particularly tough in miles 1-2 and 9-12. Runners should adjust their pacing strategy in the headwind segments and take advantage of the tailwind in miles 7-8 and 13-14.
