The Helenback Marathon offers runners a challenging and scenic trail experience through the picturesque landscapes surrounding Helen, Georgia. Starting and finishing near the Chattahoochee River, participants navigate a course that includes a 400-foot climb into Unicoi State Park, traverses the Bottoms Loop Trail, crosses the Smith Creek Dam, and offers views of Anna Ruby Falls.
