The Isle of Wight Marathon is the UK's oldest continuously held marathon, offering a scenic single-lap course through the island's tranquil west side. Runners traverse undulating town and rural roads, passing through villages such as Cowes, Gurnard, Rew Street, Porchfield, Shalfleet, Yarmouth, Thorley, Chessell, Ningwood, and Northwood.
