Warm and humid, stay conservative

With humidity at 88% and a light rain expected, pacing adjustments are crucial; runners should start conservatively to manage heat stress. Wind will be light, but the mix of headwind and tailwind may affect pacing throughout the course. Staying hydrated and considering a light gear change for potential rain is advisable.
