Cool morning, crosswinds ahead
Runners will face a steady temperature rise from 47°F to 59°F, with average humidity at 61%. Winds will be a crosswind for the first eight miles, shifting to a headwind at mile nine, making those segments tougher. To manage the conditions, runners should start conservatively, adjust pacing during headwinds, and stay hydrated throughout the race.

The event started on the iconic Pall Mall, before runners took in the sights and sounds of London’s awe-inspiring landmarks, eventually finishing outside Downing Street.
