Temperatures rising to 79°F through the course will gradually increase perceived effort in the second half. Light winds shouldn't be a major factor for pacing. Race Info
The Pune International Marathon is held on a Sunday in early December in Pune, Maharashtra. Every race starts and finishes at Baburao Sanas Ground in central Pune, with the marathon gun at 3:00 AM, followed by the half marathon, 10K, 5K and a 3K wheelchair run. It was the first Indian marathon certified by AIMS, and the organisers describe it as recognised as the national championship.
