The Hernando Water Tower 10K and Half Marathon is an annual road race held on the historic town square in Hernando, Mississippi. First run in 2009 as a 10K-only event, it added a half marathon distance in 2025. The course passes through Hernando's historic districts and by the 1925 Hernando Water Tower, a Mississippi Landmark. Proceeds benefit Hernando Excel By 5's Dolly Parton Imagination Library.
