The Newport Rhode Races Marathon starts and finishes at Easton's Beach in Newport, Rhode Island, with a course that follows the city's rocky shoreline and passes its Gilded Age mansions. Run the same day as a half marathon, 5K, and Beach Mile, the marathon is USATF certified and serves as a Boston Marathon qualifier. The race is timed to coincide with Newport's Daffodil Days Festival, when more than 1.2 million daffodils bloom along the route.
