Race Info

The Steamboat Marathon is run on a Sunday in early June in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, with a half marathon and 10K starting at the same 7:30 AM gun. The marathon follows Routt County Road 129 beside the Elk River and finishes in downtown Steamboat Springs at the Routt County Courthouse. The course is USATF certified and a Boston qualifier, and its rolling hills and altitude make it harder than the profile suggests. Source
