Utah Valley Marathon
Race Day Weather
Cool start, warming up
Runners will face a temperature increase from 58°F at the start to a peak of 80°F. Wind will be light at 8 mph from the S, with occasional gusts up to 32 mph. With humidity at 42%, hydration will be essential, and pacing should be conservative to manage the rising heat later in the race.
The Utah Valley Marathon is arguably the fastest June Marathon in the country. Of all spring marathons this course offers the most unique and diverse scenery. Both the Utah Valley marathon and half marathon are USATF certified, and the marathon course is a Boston Marathon qualifier. The half marathon sells out fast, so make sure to look into this Utah Half Marathon that finishes in the heart of downtown Provo. Half marathon participants will run the last half of the full marathon course. Source
