The We Run This Beach Marathon runs each February through Gulf State Park in Gulf Shores, Alabama, on a flat, paved course passing Lake Shelby, Middle Lake, and Little Lake before finishing near the Gulf State Park Lodge. The USATF-certified course is a Boston Marathon qualifier. Organizer RunningLane Events also hosts a companion Half Marathon on the same Sunday, plus a Beachin' 5K and 10K the day before. Source
