Race Info
The Cedar Rapids Marathon is a Boston-qualifying full marathon held in downtown Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The USATF-certified course starts and finishes near Kingston Yard at 1st Avenue and 1st Street SW, running along the Cedar River and through downtown neighborhoods and riverfront paths. Endurance Sports Marketing Corporation, which also produces the IMT Des Moines Marathon, launched the race in 2026 with about 850 full-marathon finishers among roughly 3,000 total weekend participants. The weekend also includes a half marathon, marathon relay, 10K, 5K, and a free kids run.
