The Des Moines St. Paddy's Half Marathon, 5K & Marathon Run/Walk is held each March in downtown Des Moines, Iowa, starting and finishing near E Locust Street and Pennsylvania Avenue. It is organized by All Community Events under the IowaRuns.com banner.
