The Hengshui Lake Marathon is an annual road race held each fall in Hengshui, Hebei Province, China, circling the shoreline of Hengshui Lake, a national wetland nature reserve. The course starts and finishes at Hengshui Lake Marathon Square and covers only the full marathon distance, with about 4 meters of elevation change over the route. First held in 2012, it carries World Athletics Gold Label status and a China Athletics Association A-class certification. The 2026 edition, its 15th, draws a field of about 12,000 runners.
