Mild start, adjust for warmth

Runners will face temperatures rising from 52°F at the start to 66°F by the finish, requiring pace adjustments as the day warms. Winds will shift from a tailwind in the early miles to headwinds during critical segments from miles 3-9 and mile 16. With an average humidity of 72%, hydration will be essential throughout, especially as temperatures climb. Runners should anticipate the toughest conditions during headwind stretches and adjust their strategies accordingly.
