The USA Women's Half Marathon Islamorada is a Saturday morning half marathon in the Florida Keys, run in February. The out-and-back course starts and finishes at Robbie's of Islamorada on Overseas Highway and has a 4.5 hour time limit. Finishers receive a sterling silver necklace and a custom race shirt. The race was held in Key West in 2024 and has run in Islamorada since 2025.
