Race Info
The Lago Maggiore Marathon runs 42.195 km from Arona to Verbania-Pallanza along the shore of Lake Maggiore in Piedmont, Italy, on a largely flat course. The same November weekend also includes 33K, half marathon (21.097 km), and 10K races, all FIDAL/AIMS certified. The 2025 edition (14th) drew about 3,000 runners from 67 countries; Luca Pirovano (2:34:02) and Miranda Frizzelle (2:58:03) were the overall winners.
