Runners will face a starting temperature of 63°F, rising to 90°F by the finish, with a max wind of 9 mph from the WSW. The first half of the race will feature a headwind, especially tough from miles 1-13, requiring conservative pacing. As temperatures rise, runners should hydrate frequently and expect a tailwind from miles 15-27, which will aid their descent.
