3 Country Marathon
Race Day Weather
Cool start, gradual warming trend
Runners will face a temperature rise from 42°F at the start to 55°F by the finish, with a light crosswind early on. Humidity sits at 65%, which may feel heavier as temperatures increase. Strategy should include starting conservatively to manage the gradual warming, especially during miles 3-12 where a headwind will challenge pace. Hydration should be prioritized as the race progresses into warmer conditions.
