Bangsaen42 Chonburi Marathon
Race Day Weather
Hot start, warming through the race, high humidity
A warm 79°F start means heat management is critical — consider dialing back your goal pace by 10-20 sec/mi. Temperatures rising to 90°F through the course will gradually increase perceived effort in the second half. Light winds shouldn't be a major factor for pacing. High humidity (81%) will make it harder to cool down through sweat — increase fluid intake accordingly.
